Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead on overseeing and delivering international giga projects within the realms of building and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects, from inception to completion. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality standards, adhering to timelines, and managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of large, complex design and construction international giga projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify potential risks and issues and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates to clients and senior management on project progress, milestones, and potential challenges.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment to ensure project teams are motivated and engaged.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in successfully delivering large, complex design and construction projects, ideally on an international scale.
• Extensive background in one of the following areas: design consultancy across MEP, Structures, Civils/Infrastructure, Client-side Project Management, or main contracting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
• Relevant project management certifications are a plus.
